50 split chicken wings

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 cup olive oil

sauce

1 cup honey

8 tbsp soy sauce

8-10 large garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp finely diced ginger

4 tsp cornstarch & 2/3 cup water, mixed

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 cup real maple syrup

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Dab wings with paper towel to remove moisture.

Line 2 baking sheets with tinfoil and then top with parchment paper.

Toss wings with flour, salt and pepper. Remove excess flour, place wings on baking sheet. Brush each wing with Olive oil. Bake 35 minutes turning at 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened or sauce coats the back of a spoon. Take wings from oven and dip each wing into the sauce making sure it is fully covered.

Place wings back in oven for an additional 7 minutes turning wings at 3 minutes. Enjoy. Finger-licking good.
