Spring and the Corona Virus

We are experiencing a time in our lives that we only use to see in the movies. The Covid 19 virus is spreading like wild fire and today our Prime Minister closed the Canadian borders. Scary times for sure. Panic is setting in and we can see that first hand when we visit our local grocery stores. I was there yesterday and noticed many empty shelves.

i have started to germinate my own garden seeds, like I do every year for my own garden but I’m questioning whether it will be enough. I would like to be more self sufficient and would like to be able to stock our store with produce to sell to others just in case these supplies become limited. So today, I’m gonna plant more seeds.
